Prerequisites
- You must have MATLAB version R2019a or newer installed with a valid MATLAB license. MATLAB experience is NOT required, although working with calculations performed via scripting is beneficial
Course Outline
In the training you will learn:
- The Kornucopia k_units data type that handles numerical data, units, and meta info like column names and more.
- Various ways to import data into a k_units format from numeric arrays, text files, Abaqus ODB's, and SD Impax hybrid-binary files.
- Additional ways to work with the k_units data type for smartly performing calculations that include automatic units processing.
- Powerful plotting approaches using Kornucopia's k_plot function and its tabbed-figure plotting methodology.
- Typical work-flows such as importing some noisy data, assessing frequency content with k_DFS, applying filtering via k_filter, integrating certain quantities via k_integrate, computing SRS and PVSS assessments via k_SRS, and then saving your results via a figure file and PDF. Other examples will be also demonstrated.
